The Pink Flamingo is a family-owned and operated mobile Ice Cream Shop proudly serving irresistible treats to satisfy every craving. From premium ice cream to mouth-watering sorbets, refreshments, snacks, all-beef hot dogs and freshly made paninis.

The Pink Flamingo was founded by Genesis Schuh. Genesis often enjoys the sweet memory of having ice cream while exploring new places. 4 months after the birth of her second son, Genesis decided to share that wonderful memory with their children by giving life to the amazing experience of The Pink Flamingo located in the town of Devon, Alberta.

We wanted to give our customers the best tasting authentic Vietnamese food they could grab outdoors while taking in the fresh air and sunshine. What better way to experience Vietnamese cuisine then by enjoying chicken skewers on a bed of vermicelli, fresh bean sprouts, cucumbers, and lettuce topped off with our special fish sauce fresh off the grill on the streets of downtown Edmonton!!
